    Does exactly what I needed!

Ordered this as I wanted to try controlling my Canon 70d remotely. Setup was very easy and I love the stability of the connection. Haven’t tried using it for time lapses yet. I know some complain about 6 hour battery life but I don’t see it as an issue. Charged from my usb port on my MacBook in about an hour. The price was great, build construction fine and I don’t get all wrapped up in details about what it’s $300 dollar competition will do or what this won’t do. It fills my requirements.Fun to experiment with and so far, no lag in responding to my changes in settings.Nice product.

It is easy to setup, easy to charge, easy to use, easy to learn.I have a promote systems promote control and this compared to that, is like kindergarten to aPHD program.Very prompt response to tech questions ,even telling me that the items I inquired about would beadded by end of month via software upgrade. Phenomenal device. Absolutely love it and for $139it is an unbelievable value..Love it!!!!!!!!!

This is a great device for viewing pictures on my larger iPad than using the camera’s LCD screen. It works great with the Canon 5D Mark II. I don’t usually connect it up on the hot shoe as I have a flash or remote controller for the flash. I simply attach the hand cord to my camera and let it hang — making sure it is securely attached and doesn’t fall out.

    Easy setup and controls

Easy setup and controls. This is a fantastic way to deliver images right away for my clients on-site of a shoot if they need preliminary images. (I work as a real estate photographer and my realtor clients often need teaser photos for listings!) I wish that it had another cold shoe mount on the top of it so that I could add another cold shoe item instead of splitting off of a bracket. (I have an intervalometer that I also need to put on my rig and it would be nice if I could just stack these all into one space.

    I like it

It works as designed the apps a little interesting to get started. Once you get it going it’s pretty standard

I set it up for her and she was stoked

I bought this for my wife couple years ago. She was afraid to use it for the first year but one day I set it up for her and she was stoked. Being able to see your pictures instantly is great! Software appeared to be easy enough to use once you follow the included literature. Gave the 4 stars for the following reason but still would recommend.Don’t like the way it attaches and hangs from the camera.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0163L89LG/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_56

    Easy to set up

Easy to set up. Check out Youtube videos for reviews and operation. Manual could be better. It’s pretty basic, but information is available and it is really pretty simple to operate. I have used it with my ipad and plan to try it with my laptop and desktop as well.

    Great device…

Bought this a week ago and so far, I really like it. Works like a charm when paired with my iPhone 6S and I have not issues with anything. The reason I have not given this 5 stars is because when I used it with my MacBook, it works fine to take a picture but did not download the same when I tried. Download works fine on the iPhone but not on my MacBook. I emailed the Support guys and they responded back pretty fast saying they are having new OSX app coming out in a few days. I guess I will try it then and see if I give this 5 stars….But overall, I really like it…very handy if you want to take control of your shots and also when you want to be away from the camera (like capturing a bee on the flower etc.).

I was up and running with in 3 minutes

This product works vary well on iOS. I was up and running with in 3 minutes of opening the box. Has a good transfer speed over wifi.I own the CamBuddy Pro it never has worked it was a waist of $150. I also own the WEFE worked but they went out of business so the iOS app stopped working? The only two improvements I can think of with this devise. 1.I’d like to to directly tether to Lightroom on iPad. 2. I would also like it to directly to import in to Lightroom on iOS.

Excellent when the unit stays connected

Great when the connection is uninterrupted. If you slightly point your phone away from the unit, it disconnects. This is EXTREMELY frustrating. Will probably try the CamRanger.
